We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. There is a significant amount of individual attention that is focused on each and every order we receive. We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) and your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours after the receipt of your order.

- Flat Rate: 3-5 days and only for USA States.
- USPS USA Priority Mail: Usually Delivered in 2-3 business days except to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- USPS USA Express Mail: 1-3 business days when ordered before 1PM EST. (No PO boxes, No Weekend Delivery)
- USPS Parcel Post: Usually Delivered in 2-5 business days after shipped.
- USPS Canada: Usually Delivered in 3-8 business days (*you must pay for all customs fees such as tariffs and duties).
- USPS International: Usually Delivered in 3-8 business days (*you must pay for all customs fees such as tariffs and duties).

*Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

-All USPS Air carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and USPS Air charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your delivery zip code by visiting the USPS web-site. All orders must be received by 4PM EST.

Returns: guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason. To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps.

Defective Merchandise: All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If your items found damaged, defective or incomplete, you may notify our Customer Service Department at 407-340-7007 or by email at for an adjustment and/or authorization number. Be sure you have our invoice or packing list when you call. We will make a satisfactory adjustment on all unused, defective merchandise if we are notified within five (5) days of our invoice date.

-To return your order to, our Customer Service Department must be notified for return and/or authorization number. This authorization number is valid for only thirty (30) days from invoice date. No returns will be accepted without notification and authorization number. If a return is received without prior return authorization the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost.

-The authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging. If this number is not on your package it will be refused. Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. If possible, save your tracking number and track your return to make sure we receive it.

-All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the invoice or packing list.

-Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.

-NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid and insured for current value.

-Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.

-Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to your USPS or other carrier office immediately. Then contact us so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.

-As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Replacements and refunds are normally processed within three business days. Allow one week to receive replacement merchandise. Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly, will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight return.
